A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, mozzarella (cheese, 125 g), marinated artichoke hearts ((190 g), drained), tuna (in olive oil, drained) , Tuscan mix olives (150 g), basil ((a 15 g), only the leaves), Parmesan cheese ((a 160 g) and grated).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain, put in a bowl and mix the oil through. Allow the pasta to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the mozzarella, artichoke hearts and tomatoes into pieces. Loosen the tuna with a fork.
  3. Mix the mozzarella, the artichoke hearts, the tomatoes, the tuna and the olives with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the basil and cheese over it. Tasty with boiled carrots.
