Chopped salad with ranch dressing


Salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, beet, carrot and avocado with a dressing of sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and chives.

Directions

  1. For the ranch dressing mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk into a bowl. Cut or cut the chives and mix.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place on one part of a large flat dish.
  3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.
  4. Cut the flesh into bows and spread over another part of the bowl.
  5. Remove the leaves from the baby cream, cut into strips if necessary and lay next to it. Also divide the beetroot and carrot on the dish.
  6. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into cubes.
  7. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice over the avocado. Divide the avocado over the salad and serve the salad with the ranch dressing.
