Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Chop the onion coarsely. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

In a bowl, knead the egg, breadcrumbs and Tikka paste through the mince.

Divide the mince into 12 portions (3 servings per person) and form with moist hands into balls.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in 5 min. Brown.

Place the onions, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, potato cubes and the Tikka pasta around the meatballs in the pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the stock and let the meatballs with the vegetables covered in a further 10 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
