A tasty recipe. The main course includes the following ingredients: meat, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, cornstarch, lean (beef), rice noodles, sunflower oil, red pepper (cut into strips), onions (chopped) and chicken (tablet).

Stir in a bowl the soy sauce with the chili sauce and cornstarch into a marinade. Crumble the mince with the fingers, scoop it through the marinade and marinate it for 15 minutes.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package and rinse the noodles in a sieve with cold water. Drain the noodles.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the pepper strips and three quarters of the spring onions. Put the minced meat in and stir fry brown on a high heat.

Put the noodles through the minced meat and add the stock. Let the dish simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the moisture is absorbed. Sprinkle the rest of the spring onions. Tasty stir-fried bok choy with oyster sauce.
