Chop the onion coarsely.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of 3 cm.

Cut the pumpkin into 3 cm pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion, potato and pumpkin for 2-3 minutes.

Put the kale through it hand in hand and let it shrink all the time.

Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper, pour in the stock and simmer gently in 8-10 minutes.

Halve the smoked sausages.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the smoked sausages around brown.

Pour the tomato juice with some water and let the sausages warm up in 3-4 minutes.

Mix the potato, pumpkin and kale in the wok with a pestle into a coarse stew.

Serve with the tomato gravy and place the pieces of smoked sausage on it.
