Directions

  1. Chop the onion coarsely.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of 3 cm.
  3. Cut the pumpkin into 3 cm pieces.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion, potato and pumpkin for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Put the kale through it hand in hand and let it shrink all the time.
  6. Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper, pour in the stock and simmer gently in 8-10 minutes.
  7. Halve the smoked sausages.
  8. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the smoked sausages around brown.
  9. Pour the tomato juice with some water and let the sausages warm up in 3-4 minutes.
  10. Mix the potato, pumpkin and kale in the wok with a pestle into a coarse stew.
  11. Serve with the tomato gravy and place the pieces of smoked sausage on it.
