Chops with plum salsa

Chop the onion finely and squeeze out the garlic.

Slice the lemon balm (or coriander) coarsely.

Mix the icing sugar, cinnamon, cumin and chili powder.

Use a few teaspoons of it to dust the pork chops and then rub the mixture well into the meat.

Cut the plums and remove the seeds.

Cut the plums into tiny pieces.
-
Mix the prunes with the onion, garlic, fish sauce and the remaining spice mixture.

Season with salt and perhaps more chili pepper.

Salt the pork chops and rub them thinly with olive oil.

Grill them on the barbecue or fry them in the pan for about 8 minutes. turn them halfway.

Serve the pork chops with the plum salsa and sprinkle the melissa or coriander over it.
