A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, mild olive oil, rosemary (finely chopped), anchovy fillet (cans 46 g), white beans ((340 g), drained), steak ((2 pieces), at room temperature) and ciabatta (bread).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cut the cap of the bread roll garlic and drizzle the cutting edge with 1 tbsp oil. Puff the bread into the baking dish for about 30 minutes until done. Allow to cool slightly.

  4. Meanwhile, cut the bread into slanted slices and brush with 1 tbsp oil. Grill for 2 minutes in the grill pan. Turn halfway. Cut the steaks into strips and spread the bread with them. Serve with the houmous.
