Ciabatta with steak
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic, mild olive oil, rosemary (finely chopped), anchovy fillet (cans 46 g), white beans ((340 g), drained), steak ((2 pieces), at room temperature) and ciabatta (bread).

Brush the steaks with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and leave under a lid for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the bread into slanted slices and brush with 1 tbsp oil. Grill for 2 minutes in the grill pan. Turn halfway. Cut the steaks into strips and spread the bread with them. Serve with the houmous.
