Spread a large piece of baking paper on a baking sheet.

Heat the caster sugar with the pouring syrup, butter and 40 ml water in a wide, high pan with a thick bottom and let the sugar melt while stirring.

Bring the mixture to the boil and let it boil for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a thick syrup.

Remove from the heat, stir in the cinnamon and popcorn and mix everything until the popcorn is covered with the syrup.

Then put the popcorn mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and divide the mixture into about 30 kibbles.

Allow the crunch to cool down until the caramel is firm.
