A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, shallots (chopped), thyme (the leaves are fermented), beef entrecotes (2 dishes a 2 pieces), egg, Dijon mustard (jar 215 g), butter, red onions (in rings ), liquid honey, boule au beurre ((bread), in 4 points), mayonnaise, rocket salad (a 75 g), Tasty Tom vine tomatoes (in slices), old cheese (48 (packet 200 g) and halved).

Ingredients
- 3 el olive oil
- 2 shallots shredded
- 6 twigs thyme the leaves have been rotted
- 4 beef entrecotes 2 dishes a 2 pieces
- 1 egg
- 2 el mustard jar of 215 g
- 25 g butter
- 6 Red onions in rings
- 1 el liquid honey
- 1 beurre (bread), in 4 points
- 4 el mayonnaise
- Bag arugula lettuce melange a 75 g
- 4 Tasty vine tomatoes in slices
- 2 to stick old cheese 48 (pack of 200 g), halved

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small frying pan and fry the shallots with half of the thyme for 5 min. Allow to cool. Cut the edge of fat from the entrecotes and cut the meat into small pieces. Cut very finely or grind briefly in the food processor until coarse chopped. Mix in the shallot, the egg and 1 tbsp mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 hamburgers of the minced meat with moist hands.

Heat half of the butter with 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions with the rest of the thyme for 2 min. On high heat. Add the rest of the mustard and the honey and reduce to a low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn on the oven grill. Cut open the bread points. Grill them with the cutting edge upwards in approx. 3 min. Light brown. Remove from the oven and spread thinly with mayonnaise. Divide the lettuce and tomatoes over 4 halves.

Brush the burgers with the rest of the oil. Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers in approx. 4 min. Rosé. Turn halfway and put the cheese on it. Divide the onion rings over the tomatoes and, when the cheese has melted, put the hamburgers on it. Cover with the other bread halves. Delicious with slices of gherkin and ketchup.
