Clt sandwich with pulled chicken


Sandwich from dark multigrain bread with homemade pulled chicken, tomato, yogurt and mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Bring a pan with a layer of water and possibly a little salt to the boil.
  2. When the water boils, add the chicken and reduce the heat. Poach the chicken with the lid on the pan 10 min. Turn halfway.
  3. Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into slices and remove the leaves from the head of lettuce.
  4. Take the cooked chicken out of the water, let it cool slightly and pull apart with 2 forks into tufts (pulled chicken).
  5. Make a sauce of the yogurt, mayonnaise, curry and onion powder.
  6. Scoop ⅔ of the sauce together with the apple cider through the chicken. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Divide the chicken over the slices of bread and top with the tomato and lettuce.
  8. Spread the rest of the slices of bread with the rest of the sauce and place on the chicken with the smeared side. Cut diagonally and serve.
