Peel the carrots with a peeler and scrape the carrot with the peeler in long ribbons. Spread the slices of bread thinly with halvarine and then with peanut butter.

Cover 1 slice of bread with some lamb's lettuce and slices of tomato. Divide the slices of cucumber and carrot ribbons over another slice of bread. Put this slice on the slice with tomato. Cover this stack with the last slice of bread with the peanut butter side down.

Press the stack slightly and cut it into 4 pieces. Stick a stick through each pile.

Wash the apple and cut into 8 parts, cut away the core. Drizzle the apple with a few drops of lemon juice.
