Coalfish with babi pangang sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, quick-cooking rice, zucchini, green peppers, sunflower oil, coalfish fillet (frozen 400 g), stir-fried sauce babi pangang (500 g) and atjar tjampoer (350 g).
Cook rice according to instructions.
Wash, clean and dice zucchini and peppers.
Heat in wok oil.
Stir-fry vegetables for about 3 minutes.
Add the fish and stir-fry sauce and cook gently for about 10 minutes.
Divide the fish with a fork into small pieces and cook the sauce for about 3 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice and atjar..
