Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Wash, clean and dice zucchini and peppers.
  3. Heat in wok oil.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the fish and stir-fry sauce and cook gently for about 10 minutes.
  6. Divide the fish with a fork into small pieces and cook the sauce for about 3 minutes.
  7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with rice and atjar..
