Coalfish with chickpeas


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, brown rice, onions, olive oil, sambal (manis (jar 100 g)), coconut milk (400 ml), chickpeas ((400 g), drained), coal fish fillet ((frozen), thawed) and fresh spinach (300 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sambal, the coconut milk and the chickpeas and bring to the boil.
  5. Turn down the heat and place the fish fillets in the pan.
  6. Stew the fish with the lid on the pan in 6 min.
  7. Until done.
  8. Slide the fish to the side of the pan.
  9. Add the spinach in 2 or 3 portions and let the vegetables shrink to high heat.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Divide the dish over 4 plates and serve the rice..
