Coarse sandwich with salmon and watercress
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, warm smoked salmon steaks (200 g), watercress, soft butter, coarse mustard, lemon peel (grated), uncut dark skylight (eg Pain de Boulogne) and (freshly ground) four seasons pepper.

Remove from salmon steaks skin and divide salmon into coarse pieces.

Pick water cherry leaves from twigs.

Fry butter, mustard and lemon zest in a bowl.

Cut bread into 8 thick slices.

Roast sandwiches generously with mustard butter.

Divide watercress into 4 slices of bread.
