Coarse tapenade of sundried tomatoes
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: red onion, olive oil with garlic flavor and chili pepper, semi-dried tomatoes (served or jar of dried tomatoes in oil), fresh basil (15 g), grilled peppers (pot), balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.

Chop onion and coarse chop.

Heat oil in pan and fry onion very gently for about 5 minutes.

Tomatoes (if a jar of dried to be used, drain first), depending on size, halve or cut into quarters.

Chop the basil coarsely.

Chop peppers coarsely.
-
Add tomatoes, basil, peppers, vinegar, salt and pepper to onion and serve in a nice dish.

Serve with baguette..
