Cocktail with marinated tomatoes and sea fruit
A nice mexican recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, vine tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, oregano, lime, green olives without seeds, fruits de mer (150 g), tomato juice, oil, salt and pepper.

Wash tomatoes, halve, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop onions. Clean pepper and cut into thin strips. Chop 2 slices of oregano, leave the rest for garnishing. Lime squeezing. Halve olives in length. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, oregano, lime juice, olives, seafood, tomato juice and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that flavors can mix well.

Tomato-sieve cocktail in cocktail glasses shovel and garnish with reserved oregano. Serve with taco shells or tortilla chips.
