Green tagliatelle with blue cheese sauce and croutons
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: green tagliatelle, salt, sage (from bag of fresh Italian spice mix), orange juice, magor cheese, medium dry sherry, pepper and croutinos walnut / herbs (25 g Knorr).

Cook in the pan with plenty of boiling water and salt tagliatelle in approx.

6 minutes.

Preheat four deep plates.

Sage sage leaves in very fine strips.

Fry orange juice and magor with stirring until nice, smooth sauce is created.

Season with sherry, salt and pepper.

Drain Tagliatelle in colander and create sauce.

Create Tagliatelle in warm plates.

Sprinkle croutinos and sage over it..
