A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sereh (lemongrass), coconut milk, lime (the juice), red pepper (finely chopped), Thai fish sauce, shallots (chopped) and garlic (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Remove the outer stiff leaves from the lemongrass stalk. Mince the soft interior. Mix the lemongrass with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinade for about 500 g of meat or fish.
