Cod burger with leeks, oven potatoes and chicory salad
Easy meal of potatoes from the oven with leeks and a salad of chicory, with crispy cod burgers.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the potatoes, cut them with thin skin and scoop with the oil, pepper and salt. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Crush the garlic and divide between the potatoes. Bake for about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done. Spoon halfway.

Cut the leek into rings. Put together with the oil and water in a saucepan.

With the lid on the pan, simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the bottom of the chicory stalks. Cut the chicory in half. Remove the hard core and cut the leaves into thin strips.
