White bean stew spinach tomato
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, vegetarian multigrain burgers (a 130 g), white beans ((370 ml), drained), giant beans ((425 g), drained), semi-skimmed milk, fresh spinach (300 g), tomatoes (in parts) and fresh cream cheese (80 g).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in approx. 8 min. Brown. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, put the 2 types of beans and the milk in a pan and heat for 4 minutes while stirring. Stamp with the puree mash into a coarse puree. Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the spinach 2 min. Drain and press out the moisture.

Add the spinach, tomato and cream cheese to the bean mixture and stir for 2 minutes while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the citizens.
