Cod burgers with spicy fruit salad
Finely chop the parsley. Cut the chives finely. Cut the little gem into thin strips.
Wash the nectarine, apple and pear, remove the kernel and cores and cut the flesh into pieces of about 1 cm. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Stir in a bowl the orange juice with mayonnaise, parsley and chives into a dressing and pour the slice leaves and the fruit through.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the cod burgers in 6-8 minutes until golden brown and done, then gently stir with a spatula after 3-4 minutes. Serve the burgers with the fruit salad.
