Indian rice with mango and shrimps
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice (bag a 1000 g), onions, sunflower oil, string beans (frozen, 300 g), mango chutney (sweet (340 g)), pink shrimp (a 125 g) and mango.

Prepare rice according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add string beans and defrost on soft heat for 5 minutes.

Add mango chutney and shrimp and heat for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mango peel and cut into wedges.

Divide rice into four plates and create chutney.

Garnish with fresh mango..
