Cod dish with lemon rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, lemon (scrubbed), cod fillet ((frozen), thawed), zucchini (in slices), grated young cheese, dill, olive oil, capers and tomatoes on the vine (in slices).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze the fruit.

Drop half of the lemon juice over the fish.
