A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, lemon (scrubbed), cod fillet ((frozen), thawed), zucchini (in slices), grated young cheese, dill, olive oil, capers and tomatoes on the vine (in slices).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze the fruit.
  4. Drop half of the lemon juice over the fish.
  5. Sprinkle the fish with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and place the fish in the oven dish.
  6. Divide the zucchini over the fish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  7. Fry the fish dish until golden brown and done in 20-25 minutes.
