Put the onion, the garlic and the wine in an oven dish.

Put the cod fillets on top of it.

Place a slice of gorgonzola on each piece of fish and add the sun-dried to, spring onion and cherry.

Place the codfish on the barbecue next to the hot coals and put the lid on. Open all air slides.

The dish needs about 30 minutes and is cooked when all parts of the fish come apart.
