A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, (olive) oil, tomatoes, grilled peppers (à 465 g), lemon, green olives without pip (240 g), thyme, cod fillets, sambal oelek, salt, (freshly ground ) black pepper and oil to grease.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.
  2. Peel and chop onion and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in pan and gently fry onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.

  15. Spread lemon slices and the rest of tomato mixture, olives and thyme.
  16. Cover with lid or aluminum foil.
  17. Cook cod dish in the middle of the oven in approx.
  18. 25 minutes until hot and hot.
  19. Serve with couscous and watercress salad..
