Cod with tomato, peppers and olives from the oven
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onion, garlic, (olive) oil, tomatoes, grilled peppers (à 465 g), lemon, green olives without pip (240 g), thyme, cod fillets, sambal oelek, salt, (freshly ground ) black pepper and oil to grease.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Peel and chop onion and garlic.

Heat oil in pan and gently fry onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Cook cod dish in the middle of the oven in approx.
