Directions

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok with lid.
  2. Bake bread for approx.
  3. 3 minutes.
  4. Turn down low, place lid on pan and bake golden browns for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add ratatouille mix and bake uncovered on a high heat for approx.
  6. 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare hamlets and heat for approx.
  8. 1 minute.
  9. Take the pan of fire, stir in pesto and season with salt and pepper..
