Cold beet soup
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, boiled beet (500 g), meat broth ((from tablet), cooled), red wine vinegar, ice cubes and sour cream (125 ml).

Peel the beetroot, cut into pieces and put them in the blender or food processor. Add the stock, vinegar and ice cubes and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the soup into glasses and garnish with some sour cream just before serving.
