Coleslaw with cranberries
A tasty american recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mayonnaise, spice vinegar, sliced white cabbage (300 g), celery (in narrow curves), dried cranberries (bag 250 g) and chives ((25 g) finely chopped).

Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar. Add the coals, scoop and leave covered for at least 30 minutes. It is also possible to stay longer, the coal is therefore a bit softer in structure.

Mix the coals with the celery, cranberries, chives and pepper and salt. Coleslaw is the classic salad for hamburgers, but also tastes good with chicken from the barbecue and roasted potatoes.
