Stuffed baguette with ham
A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, baguette, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic (pressed), fresh chives (finely chopped) and raw ham (wafer thin).

Cut the baguette every 2 cm, but not completely, so that the baguette stays in shape. Mix the oil with the lemon juice, garlic, chives and pepper to taste. Spoon the lemon-garlic oil into the notches with a spoon. Divide the ham over the notches, the ham may protrude. Place the baguette on a sheet of aluminum foil and fold it at the top. Keep the bread in the refrigerator.

Put the wrapped baguette on the edge of the barbecue and roast it for about 10 minutes. Turn the bread occasionally. Remove the foil and serve the bread warm.
