Mediterranean butter
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter (salted, at room temperature), garlic (squeezed), sundried tomatoes in oil (finely chopped), black olives (without pit, finely chopped), fresh basil (finely chopped) and freshly ground four-season pepper.

With a fork in a bowl, mix all ingredients well.

Season the butter with the pepper.

Put the butter on a piece of plastic wrap and form a part of it.

Let the butter stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the plastic film and cut the butter roll into thick slices..
