Directions

  1. Cut the green herbs small.
  2. Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the leaves into strips of two cm wide.
  3. Peel the carrots with a peeler and then scrape them with the peeler into long, thin ribbons.
  4. Halve the grapes.
  5. Beat in a salad bowl a dressing of the vinegar, mustard, oil and some salt and freshly ground pepper.
  6. Spoon the lettuce with the carrots, grapes and walnuts airy through the dressing.
  7. Garnish with the herbs.
