Cut the green herbs small.

Wash and dry the lettuce and cut the leaves into strips of two cm wide.

Peel the carrots with a peeler and then scrape them with the peeler into long, thin ribbons.

Halve the grapes.

Beat in a salad bowl a dressing of the vinegar, mustard, oil and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Spoon the lettuce with the carrots, grapes and walnuts airy through the dressing.

Garnish with the herbs.
