Cordon bleu with green beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato wedges with peel (frozen, 450 g), olive oil, cordon bleus, green beans, red onion (finely chopped) and black olives without pit (coarsely cut).

Prepare the potato wedges according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large non-stick frying pan and bake the cordon bleus over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Turn the meat over, put another 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and bake the other side in 4-5 minutes brown.

Cut the stalk of the green beans and cook them in a small layer of water with salt in 6-8 minutes until al dente.

Drain the green beans and pour in the onion, olives and the rest of the oil.

Season with (freshly ground) pepper.

Divide the cordon bleus, the potato wedges and the green beans over four plates and serve immediately..
