Coriander-lemon jars
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (pound of lettuce, 500 g), olive oil, garlic (pressed), ground coriander (ketoembar), lemon (scrubbed), coriander ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Boil the potatoes with skin for 10 minutes in plenty of water with salt. Drain and let cool slightly. Halve the potatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and potatoes for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with the ground coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Cut the lemon into thin parts and add. Bake for approx. 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
