Coriander paste with mussels
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels (à 2 kg), garlic, red peppers, spring onions, dry white wine, spaghetti, salt, fresh coriander, (olive) oil and (freshly ground) white pepper.

Wash mussels under cold running water.

Opened mussels with a rounded edge against countertop.

Do not close the mussel, then discard.

1 Peel garlic cloves and cut into thin slices.

Wash the peppers and cut into rings.

Clean the forest onions and cut them into pieces of approx.

2 cm.

Mussels, garlic cloves, peppers and spring onions pan and pour white wine.

Mussels covered cooking until all specimens are opened (about 7 minutes).

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling water with salt according to instructions.

Take leaves of coriander twigs and chop 1/3 coarsely.
