Cut the carrots lengthwise into quarters (the shape of French fries).
-
Mix French fries and carrot fries with oil, cajun spices, pepper and salt and spread over a griddle covered with baking paper.
-
Bake in the middle of the oven in about 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Spoon halfway.
-
In the meantime, put the boulogne bread on a rack and bake for the last 8 minutes under the other baking sheet in the oven.
-
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Bake the corn root burgers 4-5 min. Regularly.

Halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into slices.

Cover each roll with a bit of lettuce, a burger and the cucumber. Sprinkle with a portion of the creamy dressing. Serve with the fries and the rest of the dressing.
