Corn stew with grilled fillet steaks
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (peeled and in pieces), fillet steaks (a la minute (400 g)), olive oil, corn kernels ((3-pack, 3 x 198 g), drained), fresh chives ( (a 25 g), chopped), grilled peppers ((a 295 g) and drained and in long strips).

Boil the potatoes in a bottom of water with salt in approx.

20 minutes.

Dab the fillet strips dry with kitchen paper, brush them with the olive oil and sprinkle the meat with (freshly ground) salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the grill pan and grill the filet slices in 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Drain the potatoes and crush into a smooth puree.

Spoon the corn, two thirds of the chives and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the corn stew with the grilled pork fillet.

Spread the pepper strips over it and sprinkle with the rest of the chives..
