Directions

  6. Cut the mozzarella into cubes of half a centimeter.
  7. Mix the tomato paste mixture with the butter, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the grated Grana Padano, mozzarella, anchovies and basil.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Fill the peppers with them and put them in an oven dish.
  10. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Sprinkle with the remaining Grana Padano and some oil.
  12. Garnish with the basil leaves and serve immediately.
