Spicy lamb shank patties with fresh apple sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lamb shanks à la minute (a ca. 200 g), extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chilli (250 ml bottle), Granny Smith apple, lime (, squeezed), Greek yogurt, fresh mint ( (a 15 g), in strips), bunched onion (and in thin rings).

In a bowl of lamb shank patties marinate for at least 15 minutes in 2 tbsp oil, while meat is at room temperature.

Wash the apple and slice it along the bell house.

Cut slices into tiny cubes and mix in bowl with lime juice.

Stir in yoghurt, 1 tbsp oil, mint, spring onions, and salt to taste.

Preheat the table grill.

Legs of lamb in 2-3 min.

Brown on both sides and rosé on the inside.

Serve with apple mint sauce..
