Corn wrap with salmon
Cut the cucumber into sticks. Puree the avocado together with the crème fraîche and lime juice. Add pepper and salt to taste and stir well.
Spread the avocado mixture over the wrap and cover with half of the baby spinach. Place half of the smoked salmon on one side of the wrap. Put a few cucumber sticks on top.
Roll up the wrap and leave to set in the refrigerator. Cut the wrap into rolls of 2.5 centimeters and sprinkle with some sesame seeds and cress. Serve immediately.
