Cottage cheese croissants
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mascarpone (box of 250 g), low-fat fruit quark lemon (cup of 500 g), almond shavings (bag of 45 g), cream butter croissants (4 pieces), peach slices in syrup (225 g), orange marmalade (jar of 450 g) and icing sugar.

Mascarpone by creating fruit quark.

In a dry frying pan, toast almond shavings to light brown, let them cool on plates.

Cut open croissants with serrated knife in length.

Drain peach slices.

Divide the fruit curds over the lower halves of croissants.

Place peach slices on it.

Cover with upper halves of croissants.
-
Spread the marmalade very thinly over croissants.

Sprinkle with almond shavings and icing sugar.
