Clean the strawberries. Cut half in quarters and fine the other half.

Remove the leaves from the sprigs of basil and cut ⅔ into thin strips.

Mix the mashed strawberry and chopped basil through the curd cheese and spread over the bowls.

Divide the granola and the pieces of strawberry over the curd. Tear the rest of the basil leaves into pieces and spread over the bowls.
