Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and boil in 5 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roast the pine nuts for 2 minutes in a frying pan without butter or oil. Let cool on a plate.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry the flour and golden brown.

Cut the pointed pepper into pieces. Add the peppers to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the couscous with the green beans and the minced meat mixture. Divide the couscous over plates and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
