Endive stew with tasty smoked sausage

Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt if necessary in 20 min.

Meanwhile, cut the onions. Fry the bacon cubes in a large frying pan without oil or butter in 8 min. Crunchy.

Add the onion for the last 2 minutes. Scoop the onion and bacon from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

In the meantime, heat the sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add the endive to the boiling potatoes in the last minute. Drain and drain well.
