Couscous with broad beans and white cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: couscous (pack a 500 g, organic), broad beans (fine (a 300 g, frozen)), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, radish, fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), onion (chopped ), white cheese ((a 150 g) and in cubes).

Let the couscous in a dish with 500 ml of boiling water for 6 minutes.

Stir the grains with a fork.

Prepare the green beans according to the instructions on the packaging.

Make a dressing of the oil and balsamic vinegar.

Re-coat the couscous, so that it cools down a bit.

Cut the radishes in four and scoop the pieces with the green beans, parsley, onion and cheese through the couscous.

Serve the lukewarm salad in 4 deep plates..
