Boil the water. Mix the couscous in a bowl with the water. Cover the dish and let it work for 8 minutes. Season with salt.

Let the raisins swell 5 minutes in water. Drain in a sieve. Cut the spring onion into slanted rings.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic for 1 min.

Add the wok vegetable, cauliflower, ginger powder and cumin and stir-fry approx. 4 min.

Add the couscous and the raisins and warm everything well. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the coriander finely and sprinkle over it.

Divide the vegetable couscous over the plates.
