Couscous with vegetables and Moroccan herbs.

Directions

  1. Boil the water. Mix the couscous in a bowl with the water. Cover the dish and let it work for 8 minutes. Season with salt.
  2. Let the raisins swell 5 minutes in water. Drain in a sieve. Cut the spring onion into slanted rings.
  3. Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the garlic for 1 min.
  4. Add the wok vegetable, cauliflower, ginger powder and cumin and stir-fry approx. 4 min.
  5. Add the couscous and the raisins and warm everything well. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the coriander finely and sprinkle over it.
  6. Divide the vegetable couscous over the plates.
