Pak choi with minced meat
Paksoi with stir-fried mince, carrot, coriander, orange and ginger.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the minced meat with the white pepper and salt, if necessary, for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Add the carrot and cook for another 1 min. In the meantime, finely chop the coriander, clean the orange, grate the orange zest and press 1 half.

Take the wok from the heat and scoop the minced meat with the coriander, confiture and 1 tbsp orange juice.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and keep warm under a plate or aluminum foil.

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the paksoi for 3 minutes on a high heat. Scoop with the rest of the orange juice and the rack.

Spoon the paksoi on a dish and divide the mince over it.
