Couscous with stewed peppers and shrimps


Couscous with shrimps, stewed peppers, onion, turmeric and cumin.

Directions

  1. Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips. Cut the onions into thin half rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Turn down the heat and add the vinegar, honey and water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Put the couscous in a bowl together with the yellow carrot, cumin and possibly salt. Pour over the boiling water, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir the couscous with a fork. Season with the oil and vinegar.
  6. Add the stewed peppers and onion and shrimp. Yummy! .
