Clean the peppers and cut into thin strips. Cut the onions into thin half rings.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Turn down the heat and add the vinegar, honey and water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Put the couscous in a bowl together with the yellow carrot, cumin and possibly salt. Pour over the boiling water, stir and leave for 5 minutes.

Stir the couscous with a fork. Season with the oil and vinegar.

Add the stewed peppers and onion and shrimp. Yummy! .
