Crab boats
A tasty recipe. The gluten-free appetizer contains the following ingredients: fish, crab ((a 170 g, Princess), drained), halvanaise (AH), crème fraîche (AH), lemon juice (AH), lemon pepper (Drogeria Alimentari, millet 35 g), cassava chips (60 g, AH), dill ((container 15 g) and finely chopped).

Prepare the crab in pieces with a fork. Mix the halvanaise with the crème fraîche and scoop the crab through the mixture. Season with the lemon juice, salt and lemon pepper.

Serve the crab salad in the cassava wedges or scoop the salad on a plate and place the cassava around it. Garnish with the dill. Serve immediately so that the cassava does not soften.
