Crostini with anchovy fillet and port salut
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, baguette, anchovy fillets ((on oil), drained), port salut ((cheese), in 8 slices), red pepper ((chilli), in thin rings) and fresh basil (bag a 15 g).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Place slices of baguette on baking sheet.

Place 1 anchovy fillet and slice of cheese on each slice.

Distribute chilli pepper rings.

Bake the baking plate about 10 cm under the hot grill and allow the cheese to melt in approx.

3 minutes.

Crostini from oven garnish with leaves of basil.

Serve warm..
