Press the oranges. Put the fruit and orange juice in a pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.

Pour the fruit mixture through a fine sieve. Return to the pan and add the chia seed. Allow to cook for 3 minutes on low heat.

Brush the crackers with the curd cheese and spread the fruit spread over it.

Keep the fruit spread in the pot. Fill the pot to the edge, close it immediately and let it cool down completely.
